The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke’s Sick Infatuation is Ruining The Character

The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers say that there’s a pattern here and it’s not a good one at all.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: Brooke’s Sick Infatuation is Ruining The Character

Of course, we are talking about Brooke Logan as it seems like her “sick” infatuation with Ridge Forrester is running the character.

Because truth be told, it’s already ruined her mental health and her relationship with her kids and her family. As many B&B fans already know, all of Brooke’s children bear the scars and wounds of her single-minded focus on Ridge.

During the most recent episode of The Bold and the Beautiful, Hope’s accusations against Brooke came from a lifetime of rejection, resentment, fury, and pain. I’m sure her siblings have shared similar feelings. BTW, Annika’s performance was truly outstanding.

If that weren’t enough, Rick’s anger and pain drove him to shoot and nearly kill Ridge. It’s very telling that Brooke’s children moved far away from her.

And now a lot of people agree that seeing Brooke project her anger with Ridge onto Hope was a new low that no one seemed to have seen coming.

A lot of people also agree that Brooke cannot see or understand the countless ways she’s emotionally abused and neglected her children, and we are not just talking about Hope here.

But with everything that has transpired so far, it has become apparent that Brooke is in some desperate need of him. She isn’t in love with Ridge, she has a psychological fixation.

The Bold and the Beautiful Spoilers: What’s Next For Brooke Logan?

Many fans have commented on the situation with, “Imagine the supposed love of your life running to your rivals bed… and you’re still begging?!! Telling him you’ll over look it? Brooke has convinced herself of a fairytale version of of their relationship.”

Another critic wrote, “Many characters on this show confuse passionate sex for love. Brooke’s delusional about her relationship with Ridge. Watching Brooke beg and plead for Ridge’s love was even more horrific to watch this time around.”

“IRL so many women are choosing to love and respect themselves and not tolerate abusive men and abusive relationships. Let’s see this real world shift reflected in the storytelling.”

The Bold and the Beautiful airs weekdays on the CBS network. Check your local listings for times.
